Business Mobile Solutions
Situation
SEECO are company based in Leigh-on- Sea Essex, they were visited 18 months previous by a well known Mobile Business Provider and sold a solution for their handsets on the basis that they would save money but retain all the plus points of their existing service. The Network they were newly connected to was found to be inefficient with regards to reception and service. In the months leading up to our visit they had been contacted by other communications company's, all offering to look into their case, but managing to do nothing because of the buy out costs involved.
Requirement
Seeco urgently required a return to their previous mobile phone provider because the existing solution was just not up to the company's needs. But this, as far as Seeco were concerned was not an option until the full term of their existing agreement had expired.
Solution
Obsidian's first contact with Seeco was made whilst one of our Business specialists was out in the field attending appointments and promoting our services. After a brief conversation with one of Seecos employees, a business card was left with a message for Mr Greenwood (Director of Seeco) to call us if he required to know more about our services. Mr Greenwood phoned Obsidian the next day and an analysis of Seeco's situation began straight away.
Outcome
Within 2 weeks Seeco were transferred back to the network of their choice and the termination costs, after negotiation with the offending provider was paid by Obsidian.
