- Define, install and manage Landline to Mobile Gateway services to agreed levels of service, within agreed timescales and at commercially competitive costs.
- Provide, configure and manage Lone Worker solutions to agreed levels of service, within agreed timescales and at commercially competitive costs.
- Source other mobile telecommunications devices which meet the customer's requirements and provide these to agreed levels of service, within agreed timescales and at commercially competitive costs.
- Monitor the marketplace to ensure that the company continues to deliver competitive pricing whilst maintaining the required standards of quality.
- Maintain awareness of market to enable new products and services to be identified and offered to customers' where they have a need which fits the solution.
The company culture is to promote a full understanding of customer needs and strive through continuous improvement to provide a fully effective, efficient and economic service to all its customers. The QMS will apply to all company staff and activities that affect customers. These activities will include, but not be limited to:
- The direct provision of support to all customers.
- The supervision of external contractors who are providing services to customers.
- The management of enabling agreements with external contractors.
