Obsidian have been involved in providing solutions globally, at government and Operator level, specialising in emerging markets, and latterly least cost routing solutions in the UK.

The company have specialised in reducing Landline to mobile call costs for UK companies since the first Gateway went live in October 2003. Since then the company has continued to expand and now has more than 200 customers with Landline to Mobile Gateways deployed at multiple customer sites in order to offer a permanent legal route for alternate routing of landline to mobile traffic.

In parallel to a number of key strategic partnerships Obsidian employ a team of specialist engineering personnel to ensure the provision of a reliable and sustainable Landline to mobile service. The company also source SIM cards for customers for a variety of applications and provide a range of handheld terminals such as mobile phones and Blackberry's.
